An Act of Contrition

O MY GOD ! I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins because they incur Your just punishment, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love, I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

An Act of Hope

O MY GOD ! Relying on Your infinite goodness, power and promise, I hope to obtain the pardon of my sins, the assistance of Your grace and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. Amen.

An Act of Faith

O MY GOD ! I firmly belie all the sacred truths which the. holy Catholic Church believes and teaches, because You have revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived. Amen.

An Act of Charity

O MY GOD ! I love You above all things, with my whole heart and soul, purely because You are infinitely perfect and deserving of all my love. I love also my neighbor as myself for the love of You. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured. Amen.
